Current Sounders Travel to the Rose City

amongst all the hype, anticipation, expectations and unanswered questions of our MLS team next year, there is still a small matter of our current sounders in the USL. the team travels to portland for their first meeting of the year.

seattle owned the timbers last year so here is to getting off on the right foot.

in team news it looks like O'Brien will be available, and other than that i don't think we have any other injuries. huge hugo returns back to portland for the second time since moving up i-5 last
year.

finally, all round good guy tomlinson resigned yesterday with the sounders which will end up being his 8th year with the club. while not prolific in scoring.... there is something to be said for good guys on your team. i suppose that is my mother coming out in me.

anywho. better tomlinson than robbie savage.

we also signed youssouf Kante who i don't think we know much about, but he came through the much respected PSG academy so he can't be all bad. a round of croissants and perrier for the new guy.
